In 2025, as part of the Foundation's broader service delivery, 370 individuals received support through programs that included vocational counseling, goal setting, and career exploration. Participants received assistance with job placement and retention strategies, on-the-job training, and access to necessary work-related items such as uniforms, tools, and other essential equipment. Additionally, the Foundation distributed more than 350 assistive devices, and wellness tools, helping beneficiaries increase independence, improve daily functioning, and pursue long-term success in employment or education. The program also incorporated assistive technology solutions, including adaptive and cognitive support tools, to enhance workplace and academic participation. As part of these efforts, the Foundation provided educational resources and guidance to support successful reintegration into school and work environments, equipping individuals with practical strategies to navigate these transitions.

The program is designed to reduce financial barriers that limit access to critical medical care, rehabilitation services, and other supports necessary for recovery and long-term well-being. In 2025, as part of the Foundation's overall service delivery, 500 individuals received support through programs that improved access to care, stability, and quality of life. Assistance included support for medical copays, therapies, medications, and hospital-related expenses, helping families navigate financial barriers to essential services. The program also supported the purchase of necessary medical supplies for daily care and ongoing treatment. Additionally, participants received medical equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, and other mobility and support devices, contributing to the Foundation's distribution of more than 550 medical equipment items and assistive devices during the year. Accessibility modifications, including ramps, adaptive showers, and home safety improvements, were provided to enhance independence and safety. Transportation assistance, including medical-related rides, ensured consistent access to care and services.
