The Denver Rustlers supports the Junior Livestock Sale of the Colorado State Fair in Pueblo, Colorado by hosting the event and helping to raise money that is paid to the Colorado State Fair for the purchase of livestock auctioned by student exhibitors, and to donate animal purchase at the auction to Denver area food banks. Thus supporting the mission of the Colorado State Fair which, in part, seeks to educate children in the importance of livestock and agriculture indirectly the efforts of non-profits such as 4-H and FFA.

In 2023, supporters of the Denver Rustlers attended the Colorado State Fair Junior Livestock Sales for goats, lambs, hogs, steer and heifers. The animals of the exhibitors from across the state of Colorado were purchased by the Denver Rustlers for more than $80,000. The exhibitors learned the value of hard work while raising their animals for the fair in addition to the funds they receive from participating in the sale. Meat packages from several lots were donated to a non-profit which serves the community members in need.
