SUCH ACTIVITY WILL PERMIT THE CORPORATION, THROUGH ITS TENANTS, TO PROVIDE AND EFFICIENT, COST-EFFECTIVE, INTEGRATE HEALTH CARE CAMPUS AND HEALTH-CARE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CENTER FOR THE CITIZENS OF NORTHWEST LOUISIANA.
