Weve always had women in the cohorts but decided to be more intentional with these women only cohorts. programming in 6 prisons in 3 states 1 Transitional house open in 2020 30+ formerly incarcerated employees 85% of the paid team members 35 states with a scholar or Team Member 250+ volunteers 7 bills passed that we led or co-led 100+ scholars participate in advocacy or hill day events
