WE WILL HELP INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF RELIANT BY LEARING A SKILL OR MASTERING A TRADE AND THEN ASK THAT THEREAFTER THEY RETURN TO GIVE BACK TO THE MANOR BY HELPING OTHERS WHO WERE LIKE THEY ONCE WERE WHEN THEY ENTERED THE MANOR.
