THE ALL-VOLUNTEER PDNA IS AN OREGON STATE CORPORATION AND IS ONE OF 95 RECOGNIZED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS THAT OPERATES UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE CITY OF PORTLAND, OFFICE OF COMMUNITY & CIVIC LIFE. PDNA IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION.
