OUR YOUTH PARTICIPATE IN ROBOTICS COMPETITIONS SUCH AS FIRST TECH CHALLENGE, FIRST LEGO CHALLENGE AND FIRST LEGO EXPLORER, WHERE THEY HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO HAVE FUN WHILE DEVELOPING 21ST CENTURY SKILLS THAT EMPLOYERS ARE LOOKING FOR SUCH AS PROBLEM SOLVING, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, PERSISTENCE, TIME MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION.
