Our Town Youth Club served 739 young people through drop-in activities, care management, wellness and financial literacy workshops, and events. 395 older adults participated in therapy groups and social activities. 450 participants total attended peer support groups. 1,046 patients at our Glenn Burke Wellness Clinic patients received HIV tests, 686 received syphilis tests, and 5,606 received chlamydia and gonorrhea tests.
