Special Needs Center - We set up and launched an early intervention center for children with cerebral palsy who are from forcibly displaced or lower-income backgrounds. We enrolled 14 children, who came to the center four days a week, receiving holistic services of physical therapy, hydrotherapy, and Montessori education. We also provided medical consultations for 77 children with special needs, and fortnightly group support sessions for 22 caregivers. Throughout the year, we conducted weekly on-the-job training for our teaching staff, and also ran supplementary training for special needs teachers from other centers. This was all done through a team of 2 operations personnel, 6 teaching staff, and volunteer specialists (physical therapy, special needs education).

Besides that, we ran community programs continuously throughout the year, such as after-school activities for children, a pre-school program, and youth sports, through two staff.
