THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ENCOURAGES PARENTS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE AND POSITIVE ROLE IN THE YOUTH SPORTS EXPERIENCE OF THEIR CHILDREN. THE WACO WARRIORS SPORTS FOUNDATION PROMOTES CHARACTER BUILDING, PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY, SELF-DISCIPLINE, RESPECT, INTEGRITY AND SPORTSMANSHIP TOWARDS FELLOW COMPETITORS. THIS AIDS THE ORGANIZATION IN ACCOMPLISHING ITS GOAL OF SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND SCHOOLS. YOUTH AGES 7 THROUGH 12, REGARDLESS OF INABILITY TO PAY, HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN CHEERLEADING, FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, AND BASEBALL UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE OF VOLUNTEER COACHES AND ASSISTANTS.
