Schedule I Part I Line 2 - Schedule I Part I Line 2 - Applications will be reviewed by a Grant Committee of the Dril-Quip Employee Assistance Fund. Both the requests for funds and information provided with the application will be kept confidential. Fully complete applications will be reviewed within 10 business days. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event. In the case of widespread natural disaster the Grant Committee will follow an emergency grant process to expedite the distribution of funds. In addition the Grant Commitee may consider grants to non-employees in the case of widespread natural disasters. Request for assistance must include appropriate documentation in order for the applications to be considered. Applications should describe in detail the event that has created the hardship. Individual applicants will be required to send supporting documentation.
