ADF Haiti supports planning, coordination, collaboration, and networking efforts to strengthen civic and nonprofit work across the Fond-des-Blancs district. The organization leads inclusive planning processes by gathering community needs, ideas, and feedback on proposals from local development actors. ADF disseminates up-to-date information on who is doing what, when, and where, including socioeconomic and GIS data, to both local and external partners. ADF Haiti facilitates strategic meetings that foster collaboration, create opportunities for partnerships, and promote information exchange among local leaders. During the year, we provided administrative support to the Fond-des-Blancs municipality and began designing a regional civic center to enhance public services and citizen participation. We also organized a community-wide soccer championship to boost youth engagement and social cohesion.

Research - Data Collection: ADF is committed to uncovering solutions that lead to transformative and lasting change. This requires a deep understanding of the complexity of current issues, which cannot be achieved without robust data collection and research. In Fond-des-Blancs, neither private nor public organizations carry out research or collect demographic, socio-economic, or other data. ADF is committed to facilitating local, systematic, and sustainable solutions, and we are confident that the data collected by ADF will catalyze socio-economic transformation in Fond-des-Blancs and beyond.

ADF Haiti strengthens the operational capacity of local civic and nonprofit organizations by providing technical, financial, and in-kind support focused on digital literacy, management, and business administration. ADF has launched targeted training programs in digital competency, including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel and Word through Certiport. These programs are open to the general public, including youth, community leaders, and professionals, offering them the opportunity to gain practical skills and earn internationally recognized certifications. The program helps enhance the efficiency of participants' work by equipping them with globally acknowledged credentials and expanding their professional opportunities. Additionally, we supported the creation of a Rotating Credit Fund (Mityél Solidarite) in partnership with local groups to improve access to capital for implementing sustainable, community-based development projects. ADF Haiti works directly with local organizations to establish and strengthen their accounting and bookkeeping systems, enabling them to meet reporting requirements and improve financial transparency. Furthermore, the organization distributed school materials to schools across the Fond-des-Blancs district to support student learning outcomes and help address resource gaps in the local education system.
