The Campbell County Drug Free Alliance (CCDFA) implemented evidence-based prevention strategies throughout the Campbell County community. One such strategy consisted of partnering with local alcohol retailers and wineries to distribute wine totes. The totes were provided to adults at sale of purchase and each had a prevention message on it adressing underage drinking and access to alcohol. The tote served as a friendly reminder to adults not to allow their homes to become easy access points for youth to obtain alcohol. Another strategy was to distribute prescription drug lock boxes and disposal pouches throught the county.
