Equity in Health for Immigrant Communities In 2023, our program, Equity in Health for Immigrant Communities, made significant strides in promoting health equity. Our Community Health Workers concentrated on tackling food insecurities and guaranteeing accessible health coverage for immigrant populations. Through Hola Carolina, we distributed 94,000 lbs of food to over 8,000 immigrant families. Furthermore we organized 36 outreach events aimed at informing eligible but unenrolled immigrant residents about their healthcare insurance options.
