1) The Abbey launched its 6th cohort of The Praxis, a 9-month spiritual formation experience for pastoral leaders along Colorado's front range. 24 leaders engaged in monthly retreats, individual & group spiritual direction, and daily prayer practices as they journeyed inward to deepen their life with God. As a metaphor for God's abundance, the Praxis is free for those accepted. The only cost is time.2) The Abbey continued to develop opportunities for program alumni to stay connected, including taking initial steps towards establishing alumni groups by organizing Praxis small groups according to common location. The Abbey also hosted an alumni day retreat in July of 2024 to give leaders the opportunity to rest during Ordinary Time.3) The Abbey continued expanded seasonal retreats offerings during Advent in 2024 and Lent in 2025. Retreats in Colorado Springs, Denver and Fort Collins allowsthree opportunities for front range pastoral leaders and their staffs to receive rest and refreshment during the busy church seasons of Lent and Advent.Nearly 200 leaders and other staff attended these retreats.
