In 2024, Abide Womens Health Services invested in the foundational development and infrastructure required to expand its Abide on the Move mobile maternal health initiative to Tarrant County in 2025. As the first mobile maternal health unit dedicated to serving BIPOC birthing people in the region, this expansion aims to address alarming disparities in prenatal care access and maternal outcomes. Some events include the United Women in Faith held on February 20, 2024, where the mobile unit deployed for a showcase at a community event. Additionally, during the March of Dimes March for Babies Event on April 12, 2024 the mobile unit deployed to provide pregnancy tests and maternal blood pressure measurement and education.
