During the period of this return, 35 projects were completed (7 of which were transitional group homes) impacting 103 adults and 56 children. Individuals and families were formerly homeless and through assistance with local agencies, missionaries and churches secured housing. However, they had no furnishings. Finishing Touch completely furnished and equipped these homes. Transitional group homes serve individuals recovering from substance abuse, victims of human trafficking, and those aging out of foster care. Again, we fully equipped these homes in partnership with each organization. Our largest category of expense is professional movers. We also utilize a 5,000 sq ft warehouse for storing donations of furniture and decor which are ultimately gifted to our clients.
