It also allows time to build the ministry itself via time going into networking, fundraising, and marketing to keep us sustainable. Volunteers grow in their leadership and responsibility skills. It gives them time to be around the founder of the ministry to disciple and mentor them. The money raised pays for there living expenses during the year.
