In FY 2020, AFFIRM continued to refine its novel educational programs and outreach campaigns, and to fund research of nonpartisan health-oriented solutions to firearm realted injury and death.AFFIRM's Reframe program bridges health systems and communities to reduce the rate of firearm injury and death by examining individual patientsX and communities' health based risk factors, including social determinates of health. The COVID-19 pandemic required a transformation of Reframe from live, in-person events to an entirely virtual platform. This transformation allowed us to expand our programming to reach a national audience by conducting our events virtually in diverse cities, such as Chicago, IL, Wasington DC,and Springfield, MO, and to remotely host and leverage the expertise of nationally-renowned faculty.AFFIRMS's leadership and 40+ volunteers presented vitually at numerous professional conferences on firearm injury prevention and public health, contributed to several health and medical school curricula, piloted the first undergraduate course on firearm injury prevention at Bennington College, and authered dozens of article published in peer-reviewed and non peer-reviewed media. Through direct education, outreach events, and publications, AFFIRM and its volunteers helped educate thousands of individuals on health approaches to firearm injury.

AFFIRM continued to provide corporate support for, and fiscal sponsorship of Get Us PPE, forming the wholly owned subsidiary, Get Us PPE, LLC. Get Us PPE, LLC is the largest national organization getting personal protective equipment (PPE) to frontline workers who need it most, and with the dedicated support of 200+ voluteers. Get Us PPE, LLC received thousands of requests for PPE from all 50 states and delivered more than 17 million units of PPE to nuring homes, hospitals, rural healthcare facilities, small clinics, homeless shelters, and indiginous communities.AFFIRM donated, assigned, transferred, conveyed, and delivered one hundred percent (100%) of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Get Us PPE, LLC to Get Us PPE, Inc., a Delaware nonstock, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation on February 1, 2021.
