IN 2024, NDN COLLECTIVE ADVANCED INDIGENOUS SELF-DETERMINATION AND POWER-BUILDING THROUGH A RANGE OF TRANSFORMATIVE EFFORTS. THE ORGANIZATION INVESTED NEARLY $24 MILLION IN GRANTS TO HUNDREDS OF COMMUNITY PARTNERS, PROVIDED OVER $9 MILLION IN BRAIDED CAPITAL TO STRENGTHEN NATIVE-OWNED BUSINESSES, AND RETURNED HUNDREDS OF ACRES OF LAND TO TRIBAL NATIONS AND COMMUNITY LAND TRUSTS. NDN ALSO DEEPENED LEADERSHIP AND CAPACITY BY TRAINING MORE THAN 200 PEOPLE ACROSS DIVERSE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES.
