We connect 14- to 30-year-olds with workshops, events, and mentorship to strengthen their academic, professional, and interpersonal skills and foster critical connections that leave a lasting impact. Current programs include College Preparation, Career Readiness, Financial Literacy, and Leadership Development. While these may all be viewed as separate programs, they comprise a layered approach that supports participants from college preparation through graduation and into their early career stages. IMPACT Your Acceptance program services empowers ambitious minority high school students, college students, and recent graduates through comprehensive, tailored programs. These programs develop leadership skills, navigate college admissions, and launch successful careers. By providing guidance, resources, and confidence, IMPACT Your Acceptance transforms students' potential into extraordinary achievement, enabling them to shape the future they envision. IMPACTdmv's three core services - IYA: Admissions Academy, IYA: Leadership Institute, and IMPACT Your Career - work in concert to support students at various stages of their academic and professional journeys, ensuring a holistic approach to personal and career development. IYA's impact is evident in its impressive statistics: Scholars have achieved over 650 college acceptances, secured more than $21 million in scholarship awards, maintained a 100% college acceptance and scholarship award rate, with all scholars reporting increased chances of admission to their top schools and improved essay-writing skills.
