TO DATE, MOSSIER HAS CONNECTED MORE THAN 800 JOB SEEKERS WITH EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE MADE REAL COMMITMENTS TO LGBTQ INCLUSION. DURING THE PANDEMIC MOSSIER LAUNCHED A VIRTUAL QUEER CAREER FAIR ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS THAT ENGAGED OVER 100 EMPLOYERS. MOSSIER ALSO OPERATES A JOB BOARD FOR THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROVIDES RESOURCES ON INTERVIEWING, RESUMES AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE HIRING PROCESS FOR LGBTQ JOB SEEKERS.
