Over the past year, the agency has successfully helped participants develop greater independence through individualized care plans, facilitated job placements and volunteer opportunities, and expanded enrichment activities such as art, music, and technology workshops. The program has also strengthened partnerships with local businesses and families, fostering a more inclusive and supportive community.
