For the year ended December 31, 2024 National Coalition for Community Capital-NC3 operated the following programs:1. Consulted with 20+ project teams developing community investment funds through NC3s Accelerator program, which is a wrap-around program whereby NC3 brings relevant technical assistance to the table to support community-based project teams creating a real estate fund that will incorporate community capital as a funding source for their projects. 2. Worked to develop a curriculum for entrepreneurial support organizations to support those they work with integrating local investing into their capital raising strategies. 3. Planned an in-person, one-day conference for early 2025 for those interested in building community investment funds with guest presenters from around the country, a university partnership, and a renowned Keynote speaker. 4. Hosted a series of conversations with (1) the Practitioner's in our network to support their work with us to build funds and stimulate local investing, and (2) folks who are at various stages of working on community investment funds in their communities.
