Boxing & Fitness Club:Corner Team supports athletes at all levels in our 4,500+ square foot gym which has everything needed to work hard, improve technique, get in shape, and even train for an amateur/professional career. Group classes and private training at Corner Team Boxing & Fitness focus on sound boxing fundamentals, cardio-conditioning, and stretching. Members jump rope, shadow box, circuit train, work various bags, and do one-on-one pad work with our Coaches. Our activities are designed to work the entire body while honing boxing skills in the ring. As an official member of USA Boxing, Corner Team is also an authorized gym for sparring and sanctioned USA Boxing events which are held multiple times a year.

Youth Champions Club:Corner Team provides free out-of-school programming that focuses on leadership development, academic success, boxing, and fitness. Youth Champions Club is a free and unique Baltimore after school and summer program for high school students. Students will have the opportunity to strengthen academic skills through project-based learning activities and STEM workshops, improve their health and wellness through boxing and fitness classes, grow their leadership capacity through leadership workshops and team-building activities, and develop positive peer-to-peer and caring adult relationships that will support them well in their futures.
