Resilient Communities Resilient Futures offered extensive services to the communities we support in 2024. Amongst our many services, we conducted 65 trainings on trauma informed practices to 1965 educators (including early childhood, elementary school, middle school, and secondary school educators). In addition to these trainings, we provided 23 hours of intensive training to 109 paraprofessional educators. Further, we provided 54 hours of community trainings to 1048 participants. Additionally, we facilitated 150 individual consultation sessions for educators and school leaders. In our parent and caregiver programs, we facilitated 59 caregiver groups serving 129 participants. Additionally, we provided 71 wellness retreats to 182 educators. Overall, in 2024, our Trauma Informed Futures program supported 3433 educators and community members directely, also benefiting the 10464 students these educators directly serve.
