The program includes structured leadership lessons with interactive note-taking collaborative discussions and fun experiential learning that meets students where they are. A signature component of Leadership Club is T3 Teens Teaching Teens where students step into leadership roles by presenting teaching and sharing in front of their peers. We find that this significantly improves public speaking skills self-confidence and personal accountability. Leadership Club equips students not only to succeed academically and socially but to become positive influencers on their campus and in their community. Leadership Club is creating measurable lasting impact for schools families and communities.

Alive Club is a Christ-centered student-led discipleship and leadership program designed to equip students to grow in their knowledge of Scripture deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and boldly live out their faith on their school campus. Through weekly Bible studies prayer and intentional leadership training students are discipled to understand the gospel develop spiritual maturity and gain confidence in sharing their faith with others. Alive Club creates a safe and supportive space where students are encouraged to ask questions build authentic relationships and learn how to lead with humility courage and integrity. Students are empowered with practical tools mentorship and resources to step into leadership roles within their school and church communities to become ambassadors of Christ who influence their peers through service compassion and bold faith. Alive Club partners with local churches and faith organizations to raise up the next generation of Christ-centered leaders who are prepared to impact their campuses and communities for the Kingdom.

Leadership Academy is an off-campus Christ-centered leadership development program designed for students who desire to grow deeper in their faith while sharpening the leadership skills needed to serve effectively on their campus in their church and in their community. Through targeted leadership training guided Bible studies mentoring and prayer students develop a strong biblical foundation and learn how to lead with wisdom humility and purpose. The program provides opportunities for students to learn directly from influential Christian leaders gaining real-world insight into faith-driven leadership and service. Leadership Academy also includes immersive educational trips that expand students vision challenge their perspective and strengthen their calling to lead. Students are equipped with practical tools resources and spiritual support to confidently share the gospel serve in ministry and walk out their leadership journey with conviction. Leadership Academy partners with local churches and faith organizations to raise up spiritually grounded mission-minded leaders who are prepared to impact their generation for Christ.
