(FRRI) continued to advance its mission of mitigating the rising crisis of stress-related injuries among first responders by delivering comprehensive, holistic, science-based resilience training. Key accomplishments this year include:Federal Government Partnership:FRRI secured a groundbreaking contract with the Federal Government, marking a significant milestone in the national recognition of our evidence-informed resiliency training. This partnership allowed us to travel to Washington, DC, to train Federal Law Enforcement Agencies twice in 2024. Development of an Online Training Program:In response to the increasing demand for scalable access to our curriculum, FRRI began the development of a robust Online Training Program. This platform is being designed to extend the accessibility of our training to departments and individuals nationwide, regardless of geographic or financial limitations. The digital program is designed to enhance the physical, emotional, and psychological resilience of first responders. Cumulative Impact 12,000 First Responders Trained:Since its founding, FRRI has successfully trained over 12,000 first responders. These individualsspanning law enforcement, fire services, EMS, dispatch, and healthcarehave benefited from our immersive conferences, department-specific training, and expanding online offerings. This milestone highlights our growing impact and the increasing awareness of the need for proactive mental and physiological wellness strategies in first responder communities.As we look ahead, FRRI remains committed to building resilient first responder communities through innovative programming, research-backed practices, and sustainable partnerships.
