WE HAVE BEEN VERY FOCUSED ON OUR MENA WOMEN'S PROGRAM WHICH TEACHES RURAL WOMEN IN THE MIDDLE EAST NORTH AFRICA REGION TO CODE AS FREELANCE ENTREPRENEURS. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE WAS MOVING TO ONLINE TEACHING, BUT WE MADE PROGRESS IN FINDING CHAMPIONS IN TUNISIA, EGYPT AND SAUDI ARABIA WHICH SHOULD LAUNCH PILOTS IN 2021. WE ALSO OPENED DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS WHO HEARD ABOUT THE PROGRAM AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT TO TEACH IT TO PAROLEES FOR AN ALTERNATIVE JOB CREATION. IN 2022, THE INITIATIVE MANAGER SECURED SERVICES AND FUNDING FOR OUR LOCAL CHAMPIONS AND BROUGHT PARTNERS IN TO HELP.
