THE EQUITY ALLIANCE FUND C4 HAS CEMENTED ITS ROLE AS A POWERFUL FORCE IN ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT, MAKING SIGNIFICANT STRIDES IN OUR COMMITMENT TO SERVICE. OVER THE PAST YEAR, WE'VE ENGAGED 175 DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE BEEN THE CORNERSTONE OF OUR EFFORTS. THROUGH THEIR HARD WORK, WE'VE EXPANDED OUR REACH, DIRECTLY IMPACTING THE LIVES OF OVER 3,500 PEOPLE ACROSS TENNESSEE. OUR ADVOCACY EFFORTS HAVE RESULTED IN MEANINGFUL CHANGE, PARTICULARLY IN VOTER ENGAGEMENT, RIGHTS RESTORATION, AND COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION. THIS YEAR ALONE, VOLUNTEERS HAVE HELPED REGISTER OVER 20,000 VOTERS, INCLUDING 5,500 FIRST-TIME VOTERS. THEY HAVE LED 150 COMMUNITY TOWN HALLS AND FORUMS, WHERE VITAL DISCUSSIONS ON HOUSING JUSTICE, EDUCATION, AND CIVIC PARTICIPATION HAVE OCCURRED. ADDITIONALLY, WE'VE HOSTED MULTIPLE RIGHTS RESTORATION CLINICS, CREATING PATHWAYS FOR RETURNING CITIZENS TO RECLAIM THEIR VOTING RIGHTS. OUR COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS EXTEND BEYOND VOTER REGISTRATION AND TOWN HALLS. VOLUNTEERS HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN DEVELOPING TECH TOOLS THAT STREAMLINE VOTER EDUCATION, AS WELL AS CONDUCTING CRITICAL RESEARCH TO SUPPORT OUR ONGOING POLICY ADVOCACY CAMPAIGNS. THE EQUITY ALLIANCE FUND C4 REMAINS A BEACON OF WHAT CAN BE ACHIEVED WHEN COMMUNITIES UNITE. AS WE MOVE FORWARD, WE ARE STEADFAST IN OUR MISSION TO EMPOWER MARGINALIZED VOICES, FIGHT FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE, AND BUILD AN EQUITABLE FUTURE FOR ALL.
