ReflectUS works nationally through National Working Groups to focus on long-term strategies for the womens political leadership field. The goal is to build field-level consensus around long-term goals and benchmarks among dozens of national organizations. Additionally, the ReflectUS State Network is designed to leverage and build local capacity. ReflectUS engages over 300 organizations and community leaders at the state and county level to build knowledge about real-world steps for increasing womens political leadership, strengthening local networks, and connecting change-makers. In addition to the national work, ReflectUS has local led initiatives that combine the national expertise of the ReflectUS Coalition and the needs of the local leaders to create Innovation Hubs.
