In 2023, the museum offered the following exhibitions and programs: Black Liberation: Dismantling Racism in Minnesota 1800s-1960s; Community Quilt Project exhibit which features 14 quilts that express themes of Black history, Black joy, love, family, racial justice, civil rights, Black liberation, gun violence & healing, and Juneteenth - freedom; Grandma's Garden features sculptures and works of art using gourds; "Women's Equity and Gender Fluidity (3A's) Education, Finance and Real Estate" features works of ceramics such a two- and three-dimensional objects and tiles with story vignettes exploring the issues of gender equality, landownership, education opportunities and the socialization of women on three continents: Africa, Asia, and the Americas (the 3As).
