Cherish Ministry is a nonprofit organization that supports pregnent teens and young mothers through holistic programs designed to promote stability, independence, and long-term family wellbeing. Operating in 25 locations and serving up to 3,800 young moms and children each month, Cherich provides education, life-skills training, baby care essentials, mentoring, early childhood education, parenting support, and job-readiness services. Our in-home mentoring helps young moms heal from trauma and build emotional resilience. We also work to prevent child abuse and reduce the risk of family separation through early intervention and parenting education. In addition to our direct services, Cherish equips organizations locally and globally to replicate this model of care in their own communities. All services are provided free of charge, with the goal of empowering young moms to build safe, healthy, and hope-filled futures for themselves and their children.
