FELLOWS PARTICIPATED IN 50+ HOURS OF TRAINING ON TOPICS INCLUDING PROGRAM PLANNING AND EVALUATION, SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH, INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION, CULTURAL HUMILITY, AND MANAGING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEMANDS. EACH FELLOW RECEIVED A LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT AND INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING TO SUPPORT SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND THE CULTIVATION OF HUMANISTIC VALUES. -GRADUATE STUDENTS FROM 10 ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS EACH YEAR ENGAGED IN THE FELLOWSHIP, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF SERVICE ON THEIR CAMPUSES. MANY INSTITUTIONS SAW ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SUCH AS THE CREATION OF SERVICE-ORIENTED STUDENT GROUPS AND EXPANDED VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.-COMMUNITY IMPACT WAS SIGNIFICANT: EACH FELLOW COMPLETED 200-400 HOURS OF SERVICE, TOTALING 3,324 HOURS IN THE PAST FISCAL YEAR--AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF OVER $101,600. PROJECTS RANGED FROM FALL PREVENTION PROGRAMS FOR OLDER ADULTS TO SAFE INFRASTRUCTURE INITIATIVES FOR ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION AND BILINGUAL ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.
