TRINITY HAVEN'S PROGRAMS ARE CENTERED AROUND LGBTQ+ YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOUSING INSTABILITY AND/OR HOMELESSNESS, INTERVENING BEFORE THE YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCE CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS, IN ORDER TO HELP THEM PURSUE THEIR EDUCATIONAL AND EMPLOYMENT GOALS, ADDRESS THEIR HEALTH AND WELLNESS, AND BUILD COMMUNITY, TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS NEEDED TO THRIVE IN THE WORLD INDEPENDENTLY. THE TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM (TLP) PROVIDES UP TO 24MONTHS OF SHARED HOUSING AND SUPPORT TO LGBTQ+ YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18-24 IN THE STATE OF INDIANA.
