OUR GOAL IS TO MAXIMIZE SUPPORT PROVIDED THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS AND HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO ELEVATE - STARTING WITH CREATING A CUSTOM ACTION PLAN FOR ALL OF OUR PARTICIPANTS AND USING A 'BUDDY SYSTEM' APPROACH TO KEEP TRACK OF PROGRESS THROUGHOUT YOUR ELEVATION.WE FOCUS ON FIVE CORE PILLARS: KNOWLEDGE OF SELF, FAMILY LITERACY, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT.
