Mission

The corporation held title to and maintained the building and property in which the Masonic Organizations met. The Masonic Organizations are shareholders of the corporation. In 2023 the building in which the Masonic Orders met in was sold, and the money is held in investment accounts until such time as the corporation can purchase another property to provide space where the organizations can meet. Currently, the organizations are renting space from another entity in which to meet. At the beginning of the fiscal year, the shareholders transfer funds to the corporation to cover rental expenses for the year and to reinvest the remainder of the funds into an interest-bearing account. At the end of the year, unused funds including interest earned are transferred back to the shareholders.
