RISE is Women as Ones flagship in-person conference, held annually in different locations around the world, focusing on different professional development topics each year. The 2025 RISE program focused on creating networking and leadership development opportunities for women physicians on a global scale, with faculty representing countries from around the world. Nearly 250 women physicians attended the program hosted in Madrid and evaluation results were highly positive, with many attendees noting they felt inspired to pursue their professional goals as a result of attending.

The CLIMB program provides clinical skills training to women in areas of medicine where they are highly underrepresented. Distinguishing features of the program include small group sessions led by world renown experts across a 6 month period, and focused attention on networking among all attendees and sponsors. The 2025 virtual program enrolled over 95 women into 3 distinct learning tracks. CLIMB is our most multi-national program, with participants representing 42 countries in 2025.

The Awards program provides institutional funding to support and advance women in cardiology by providing training, research grants, mentoring and networking support. The Mentorship program creates cross-institutional pairings of women who collaborate on a novel project. The Research Scholars program supports women physician who are taking the first steps toward clinical trial leadership. The 2025 program awarded 5 grants. The program also accepted applications to attend a cardiology conference and reimbursed travel expenses for the 3 selected individuals.
