VOICE OF CHRISTIANS HAS TEAMS IN HIGH CONFLICT AREAS THAT RESPOND IMMEDIATELY TO DESPERATE CALLS FOR HELP. MAINLY OPERATING IN PAKISTAN, KENYA AND INDIA, VOICE OF CHRISTIANS ALSO PROVIDED SUPPORT IN UGANDA, AFGHANISTAN, MALAYSIA, AND THE PHILIPPINES OFFERING IMMEDIATE AND LIFE-SAVING AID. IN THE YEAR 2023 VOICE OF CHRISTIANS RECEIVED 101 NEW RESCUE REQUESTS AND EXCEPTED 55 NEW RESCUE REQUESTS. VOICE OF CHRISTIANS WAS ABLE TO PERFORM 201 RESCUES/RECOVERIES/EXTRACTIONS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES FROM PERSECUTED SITUATIONS IN THE YEAR 2023. WE PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR RESCUED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN OUR SHELTERS OR LIVING HOPE CENTERS. IN 2023 WE WERE ABLE TO SHELTER 93 NEW INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THAT NEEDED TEMPORARY SHELTER AFTER BEING RESCUED AND EXTRACTED FROM THE PERSECUTION THEY WERE UNDER. OVERALL, IN 2023 WE PROVIDED SHELTER FOR 673 INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THAT NEEDED TEMPORARY SHELTERING FROM PERSECUTION. WE ALSO PROVIDE TRAINING, COMMUNITY, AND SUPPORT SO THAT THE PERSECUTED CAN BEGIN HEALING. WE HELP THEM TURN THEIR PERSECUTION INTO A LIFE-TRANSFORMING PASSION TO SHARE JESUS WITH OTHERS. IN 2023 VOICE OF CHRISTIANS PROVIDED TRAUMA COUNSELING FOR 822 INDIVIDUALS, JOB SKILLS TRAINING FOR 180 INDIVIDUALS, AND RELIEF/AID (SUCH AS FOOD AND BASIC NECESSITIES) FOR 18,826 INDIVIDUALS.
