The Youth Outreach team maintained a strong presence as well, averaging 3,200 connections with youth and their families. Their efforts provided critical resources, safety, and early intervention for young people navigating instability. The LOSS Team continued to be a steady source of support during moments of acute crisis, responding to more than 45 calls for assistance and contributing 238 hours to help individuals and families impacted by suicide or traumatic loss. In addition to crisis response and outreach, Journey On partnered closely with local housing agencies and programs to help 20 families secure stable housing and access the resources needed to break cycles of houselessness.
