Additional Information: 1) Sweet Meadow Estate since its formation in 2018 operates a small winery for Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Monastery vineyard. Sweet Meadow Estate holds the Federal Winery Permit from the TTB and the Texas Winery Permit from the TABC. Sweet Meadow Estate produces and bottles the wine coming from the grapes harvested from the 1 acre vineyard of Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Monastery. The abbess, Dimitra Emmanouilidou, oversees and guides the spiritual life of Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Monastery and offers guidance to the operations of Sweet Meadow Estate Winery. 2) Sweet Meadow Estate entered into an annual "Farm Operating Plan for an Entity" (Conservation Program - EQIP Program - Environmental Quality Incentives Program) with USDA/NRCS as the farm operator. Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Monastery contributes the land in perpetuity to Sweet Meadow Estate to operate farm #8795 as assigned by the FSA for the purposes of self-sustaining the sisterhood and the community of Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Monastery.
