THEY ARE ABLE TO INCREASE THE FOCUS ON EDUCATING STUDENTS,SINCE THEY NO LONGER NEED TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES INTERNALLY. EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBLEFOR EDUCATING STUDENTS ARE RELIEVED OF ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS.
