THE AGENDA FOR EACH GATHERING PROVIDED FOR PRESENTATIONS FROM PARTICIPANTS THAT FOSTER OUR ATMOSPHERE OF PEER-LEARNING, SPECIFICALLY AROUND THE THEMES. THE GOAL FOR EACH GATHERING IS TO CREATE A SPIRIT-INFUSED, HOPE-FILLED, REVERENT, JOYOUS, AND MISSION-CENTERED CULTURE, WHICH WILL SERVE AS A HEALTHY MODEL THAT EACH PARTICIPANT WILL TRY TO CREATE AND/OR ENHANCE WHEREVER HE OR SHE SERVES.IN 2025, THE ORGANIZATION HELD NO IN-PERSON GATHERINGS. THE BOARD HELD AN IN-PERSON BOARD RETREAT AT THE NATIONAL CATHEDRAL IN WASHINGTON, DC IN JANUARY 2025. THE PURPOSE OF THE RETREAT WAS TO DISCERN THE FUTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION. THE BOARD BEGAN THE PROCESS OF PLANNING A FUNDRAISER EVENT IN JUNE TO THANK PREVIOUS BOARD MEMBERS AS WELL AS RAISE MONEY TO MAKE PLANS FOR THE FUTURE OF THE GATHERING OF LEADERS. IN SEPTEMBER, THE BOARD MADE THE DIFFICULT DECISION TO DISSOLVE AS THE WORK THE GATHERING OF LEADERS CHAMPIONED IN 2004 AT ITS FOUNDING HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
