IN 2023, NDIZ CONTINED TO SUPPORT FOUR SCHOOLS IN THE DENVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS. NDIZ USED RESOURCES TO FACILITATE TWO PRINCIPAL SELECTIONS AND HIRED THREE QUALITY LEADERS OF COLOR. NDIZ LEADERS UTILIZED NDIZ RESOURCES AND AN EQUITY CONSULTANT TO CREATE EQUITY TENNENTS DESIGNED TO GUIDE EQUITABLE DECISION MAKING IN HIRING, BUDGETING, AND CURRICULUM. THREE OF OUR FOUR SCHOOLS HAD SCHOOL-BASED INNOVATION PLANS APPROVED. SCHOOLS UTILIZED NATIONAL LITERACY EXPERTS TO IMPROVE CURRICULUM TO MEET STUDENT NEEDS. 70%+ OF OUR FUNDING WAS DEDICATED TO SCHOOL PLANNING EXPENSES. STUDENTS IN ALL FOUR OF OUR SCHOOLS OUTPERFORMED THEIR PEERS OUTSIDE OF THE ZONE ON STATE EXAMS.
