They are learning to take on the responsibility of employment. Fourteen young adults who worked at Toby's Place are now working at other jobs in the communities where they live.

Allow people with disabilities to have the experience of living independently, with other peers, in a shared housing environment. We currently have seven young adults who live in our housing facility. We have a resident advisor who maintains the home and provides dinners. Parents and/or Community Support Workers, who have been hired by the residents and their parents, are providing support as needed.

In 2025, Toby's Place Baking Program supported five participants in developing vocational and life skills through hands-on experience baking and selling dog biscuits. With guidance from one Baking Coash and two volunteers, participants sold over 600 bags of dog biscuits at local Farmers Markets and in seven local retail stores, gaining confidence, work experience, and meaningful community interaction.
