In the 2024-2025 fiscal year, Girls With Impact served nearly 2,000 students through our signature Academy (1,938) in partnership with 390 school and community organizations. This brings our total Students served through GWI's tuition-free programs to approximately 16,000. Through over 67,000 learning hours, students demonstrated measurable growth in key career and leadership competencies. Pre- and post-program surveys showed significant gains across 11 essential work readiness skills, including public speaking, financial literacy, and problem-solving. Additionally, GWI introduced new programmatic enhancements to deepen student impact, including a quarterly venture competition for Academy students and the launch of EmpowerHour, an on-demand mentoring initiative designed to provide real-time guidance and support. To further strengthen long-term engagement, GWI expanded its Alumni Network, with 23 former students returning as summer interns. This year also marked a strategic investment in internal infrastructure STAFFING, allowing us to scale our reach and develop additional programming to better serve our growing community of young women. Looking ahead, we continue to build innovative offerings that empower the next generation of leaders with the confidence, skills, and network to succeed in business and beyond.
