TO PROVIDE A FORWARD THINKING APPROACH TO GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT POLICY FOR ARKANSAS. WE SEEK TO SUPPORT ISSUE 4 ON THE THE UPCOMING NOVEMBER 6, 2018 BALLOT. WE BELIEVE CONSTRUCTING CASINOS IN JEFFERSON AND POPE COUNTY AND GIVING FULL CASINO STATUS TO SOUTHLAND AND OAKLAWN ARE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ARKANSAS. NEW DEVELOPMENT IN ARKANSAS WILL ALLOW US TO DEVELOP AND COMPETE WITH OUR NEIGHBORING STATES.
