In alignment with our mission to provide accessible and effective services for community reentry, we achieved significant milestones this year. We served an increased number of individuals, enhancing their access to essential resources, and delivered intensive case management to a multitude of clients, addressing specific barriers to their reintegration. Through comprehensive assessments, we identified and targeted critical needs, leading to impactful interventions. Our efforts fostered long-term positive growth, with at least 75% of our clients maintaining stable employment and housing six months post-program, underscoring our commitment to their successful reintegration and long-term success.
