Diapers are distributed to families in need exclusively through a network of community partners, including family resource centers, voluntary home visiting, facilitated parent support groups, homeless and foster children services, and public health departments.

SAN FRANCISCO DIAPER BANKEstablished in 2015, Help a Mother Outs San Francisco Diaper Bank (SFDB) is the nation's first and only diaper public assistance program. We established the program in 2015 and operate it through a partnership with San Francisco Human Services Agency. Families eligible for CalWORKS, CalFresh, and Medi-Cal may receive up to 2 cases (full months supply) of diapers each month, for each eligible child ages 0-24 months.
