We hosted two terms of the study abroad program for 50 people total (20 students and GAs, 4-6 volunteer staff). The sessions were 7 weeks, and 8 weeks. We took the students to 7-8 countries around Europe. Our expenses are largely food, travel, hotels, museums, and other assorted costs. We charged the students between $4,500-5,000, so we work hard to keep the program affordable. Using 100% volunteers helps us a lot.
